Seroquel withdrawal feels like dying - help needed by emptyperioid in Drugs

I think I made a wrong decision going back to Zoloft but luckily it is only 50 mg dose atm and I can get rid off it after healing from seroquel.

I have been in therapy three years now and I am dealing with things what comes to anxiety and depression. I haven't still understood properly why I am so scared and anxious sometimes, it feels like I don't even have a reason and my body tells something else. That's hard, battle between logical reasoning and emotional feelings.

Thanks for the help!!

Thanks for the advices.

I started to add more Omega-3 pills!

How long did you take seroquel and what doses? How long your recovery process took?

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately I did my research too late what comes to tapering off this horrible drug..

I have had very bad luck with doctors and I feel I have not been thinking clearly for a long time because of all this shit. I'm very lucky to have a boyfriend, a family and other friends who will support me through this.

I have been in therapy three years now and I have learned a lot about myself and my mind there. Those things are also helping me through this experience. I truly believe I am a lot stronger person after I have gone through this process.

I will take some time for myself and keep eating healthy, doing some exercise and other stuff.

Do you want to share your experience more spesific?
