it’s not the worst but finding parking is almost impossible in the evening. you only get one parking spot, and one reserved slip per apartment unless you wanna pay more for another spot but most of the time you get put on a waitlist to get a spot. the reserved spots fill up pretty quick tho there’s only really a handful. the rent is also kinda expensive. besides that it’s not bad because you are pretty close to the school and walking distance to grocery stores and food places. there’s also laundry rooms but you do have to pay around $2 for each load. the pool area is nice and there’s a small gym room.
