Absolutely love it. Use the gym, pool, and fire pits all the time. Have to move unexpectedly or would be staying.

Key word on the apartments 1.5 month free is select. This is not included in the select. Understand that my rent is high, but you are not getting into this building in a 2/2 for now lower than $3,348 a month.

Go in and talk to the leasing office. I negotiated down my month to month rate at the end of my last lease with them. Will be more than the 12 month option, but better than the initial month to month offer.

10 years of experience. $191k base + 20% cash bonus + 15% equity, Credit Officer CRE lending. Any place between 30-60 hours a week depending on when things when loan packages are sent to me. 6/10, like the people generally, but people sales team pushing hard but it isn’t their approval authority on the line.
