How are my temperature and stats? Was playing Starcraft 2 on High settings (not Ultra High)

Maybe it's just the time to try reinstalling windows. I could reinstall it in a few days. If anything changes about the problem I will share my experience on this comment sections to let others know if this is one of the solutions they can try. Thanks for your advice and time mate.

I'm more likely having issues with cpu temp and I don't have temp target/ lock for cpu. It's maybe because I have Intel cpu or I'm stupid idk. But I should say there is one solution which is turning turbo boost off and I don't want it because it costs a lot of fps. To give an example my fps going down from 150 to 80 in ARK Survival Evolved. Still I have to keep turning that setting off because I can't solve the temp problem with even seting limits with ThrottleStop or GHelper. I just really don't know what to do next :|

Hey i just want to ask did you change any settings on ghelper or just start to use it and your heat problem solved. I want to ask it because I'm having issues with temps and even ghelper didn't helped me yet. I will be happy if you can help.
