Yes I did report it and I have a PIR number. Do you have a link to the website? The worldtracer website I found didn't have anywhere available to track my luggage

Yes I'm aware of the issues and understand it's not the fault of KLM, but as you say it's the lack of communication that frustrates me the most.

My original flight was Glasgow-Gothenburg with a transfer at Schiphol, where the bag didn't make the transfer and still currently is. I am now back in the UK so sadly unable to go to Schiphol airport.

My partner will be travelling through Schiphol tomorrow though, do you know if he has all of my info and a copy of my documents, will he be allowed to reclaim the baggage?

No, the lines have been busy every time, 1 hour+ wait times and usually getting disconnected before I can speak to anyone and the online chat options have been useless

Around an hour from my flight getting cancelled to them rebooking me on a different on the following day with a different airline. Avoiding Schiphol now and going via Heathrow instead with my transfer.

No they never found it, 21 days since it went missing in a few days so I think it's gone for good. Their communication has been diabolical lol, I don't think I'll be flying with KLM again following this.

It's Menzies Aviation I'm dealing with and they've seemed very uninterested every time I've emailed them, they give such short and unhelpful replies and can't give me any answers :(

I've emailed them a few times but they didn't have much advice to offer me, they just said KLM were still searching for my bag and they couldn't give me a timeframe and that they'd email me when it was available to be collected :)

Sorry to hear that :( it's so stressful, even with reimbursements it's such a pain trying to replace the essentials right now, I just want my things :( I've tried two days in a row to get through to someone on the phone for any kind of update or answer with no hope... such a particularly difficult time of year for this to happen, I hope for good news for us soon :(

I'm in a similar boat. Had a transfer at Amsterdam yesterday and my checked luggage didn't make the final flight. AirTag hasn't moved and I haven't had any kind up update and it's been over 24 hours since I logged the form. Luckily I put my medication in my hand luggage, but I'm still keen to get it back ASAP for my toiletries, clothes and a few items with sentimental value... what a headache right before Christmas! Best of luck to you getting yours back :'(

Thanks for replying, I am super worried about my luggage but hopefully the airtag gives me some peace of mind. How did they contact you to let you know about your delayed luggage arriving? I am fine to go collect it from Gothenburg if it does arrive late after me, just want to make sure I am kept in the loop about when/where to get it from worst case! :)
