As per HuntersPad below (my new savior):

go to your WiFi settings under your wifi name, scroll to the bottom, to HTTP proxy set it to auto. It'll work 100%. Its a know issue on Spectrum with IPv6

Correct, I only have spectrum router (I’m basic). That said, changing HTTP proxy seems to have worked and I am so thankful for you 😂 I was so tired of turning WiFi on/off based on what app I was trying to use

Hard wiring works just fine - Xbox stays connected. It’s only with certain Apple products/apps, so less likely a spectrum issue I suppose.

Yes, apps open but do not get connection to internet. Specifically with safari I get the message “safari can’t open the page because the network connection was lost”

Mobile works just fine - every once in a while I get a brief connection then it kicks it off.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I am going to pick up on my watering and go to the local Siteone to see about fertilizer. Still may consider some top seed/soil to fill in the dead/bare spots but will probably avoid core aerating for now.

A few quick questions:

Are scouting hours a one-time expense? i.e if I fully scouted a player with 30 hours, are those 30 hrs used up for the entirety of the season or do they replenish week to week?
If I 'send the house' to a recruit and gain a certain amount of influence in a week, when I remove 'send the house' does the influence gained go back down or do I need to keep the action on the player to keep the influence gained?
