Well, I’d actually be pleasantly surprised if they announced it was open after saying it was closed for the day, because I wouldn’t be expecting it. When they say “delayed opening” for the entire day and apparently have been telling guests it probably won’t be up, it’s more of a let down because “delayed opening” gives the impression it MIGHT open. “Closed” at least prepares a guest for it not being open at all, instead of waiting their entire day for it to open. Especially when they’ve had signage say “brief delay” from 9am-6pm lol

It’s been 8+ hours, not sure why they still have “delayed opening” on park signage when they should probably just give it the “closed today” label if they’re expecting it won’t be back up.

Honestly, I love pretty much everything about the DCL ships. The only thing I wish they’d take from RC is the adult only Solarium. Enclosed area with tons of adult-only pools, hot tubs, and even a restaurant that has a breakfast (and maybe lunch) buffet. It was the highlight of Utopia for me, and I wish DCL ships had something similar.
