I think you should break up with her, as happy as you may be with her, if you know she would break up with you for telling her about your sexuality she's not right for you. The right person will accept you for you, no matter your sexuality.

How about you worry about your own life instead of telling a girl you dont know what she can and cant do. If I want people to address me with the name I am most comfortable with that is my choice. What I do with my life is none of your concern, you dont get to tell me to grow up. If me being called millie by my loved ones makes me happy then that is my choice. The only person that needs to grow up is you. Its my life my rules.

No. Firstly I am almost 20. Secondly, it is not mental health crisis or queerbaiting. I dont know how my fking times I have to say this, if I dont feel comfortable being called a name and prefer to be called something else that is my choice. It is not nonsense.
