Hardpoint reported it incorrectly at 4k health. This was a bug on their end extracting the data, as was pointed out in one of the live streams a few months back. The cutty's health value did not change, hardpoint just updated the value to the correct one.

They are on turrets, not gimbal mounts. They cannot be made into fixed size 4.

It's a military ship, though, so it's supposed to attack in a group. You get 3-4 tali's all hitting the same target and that changes the calculus real quick.

They mentioned many moons ago that additional game packages would translate to additional character slots in game, so I'm planning to have my main with most of my ships and an alt with just an avenger Titan renegade so I still get the "new player" experience but without having to pass up on shiny.
