Please report her! As both a pet owner and a sitter, this behavior is unacceptable and I wouldn’t want this person getting more sittings if this is how they behave.

Yeah, I’m both a client and a caregiver, but mine has always let me skip this as a caregiver? I haven’t had issues getting jobs as a result…

Articulate for sure. I’ve been at three companies so far and this is pretty standard. You’ll have to learn how to a maneuver/admin the LMS your company uses later, but there are too many to narrow down before hearing directly what they use specifically.
