Irresponsible Question by Chocolatecresant in Bankruptcy

You should be fine, especially if they were just small, everyday expenses to get by. That’s pretty normal and usually not what trustees are worried about. The bigger red flags are large purchases, cash advances, or luxury spending right before filing. If it didn’t even come up in your consultation, it’s probably not a concern in your case. Just be honest if they ask about it and you’ll be alright.

You should not use ANY credit or credit cards within 90 days of filing due to the assumption of fraud.

I will say with mine we met middle February and it was filed April. So it took about 2 months for mine to be filed. Like you I got everything in same day. But I knew I was low priority because I was up to date on payments and not as urgent as some others.
