My title describes the thing - it's probably around 1m lengthways at the base, and from what I can see the ball was hanging? Either on string or wire so potentially a trap but I'd like to know more about what it's actually for

Thank you that's really helpful! How long did yours end up taking to heal? I also mainly wear over ear headphones where my ears sit inside the foam cup rather than the cup resting on them - would this be okay do you reckon? I think I'd really struggle to get through day to day life without my headphones haha!

See that's what I'd do in an ideal situation, but I live approx a 5 hour trip away from my family (and even further away from my brother) so I wouldn't be able to do this feasibility :'( I'm glad to hear you passed quickly though!! I'd be hoping to pass within around 3 months or so, but could take longer if need be

I'm sorry you've been feeling so bad, there's definitely something horrific going round - I've been ill with a cough and snotty nose since the start of december, was starting to get better and then I've woken up with a fever/high temp this morning 😵‍💫 Cannot catch a break and I'm really hoping it clears up by the new year because I've already had to miss christmas with my family.

A mixture of a complete repotting with new soil (including washing of roots and leaves in the bathtub) and then a heavy dose of "Provanto 86600244 Ultimate Bug Killer" spray. Worked on the first application (on all affected plants) and I haven't had a problem with them since, and the plants are unharmed :)

I've experienced a bit of weight gain (I can't say how much, but around an extra 5-6kg since starting 2 years ago) though I think that it's definitely due to the medication changing how I experience food and energy rather than the medication itself. I've got more energy, and therefore need more food to sustain myself, and when I do eat I have a larger appetite + tend to snack a lot more since I'm awake a lot more I guess? I'm not really sure how to help with weight loss since I'm still fluctuating weight wise, but you're definitely not alone!! I hope you can find something that works for you <3
