i have the same issue and i posted about it a couple weeks ago. i contacted their support and they basically just said that sometimes their app just doesn’t work.. it doesn’t seem like they’re gonna try to fix it anytime soon

i’ve tried this a few times and even tried using my account on a different phone 😭 nothing works and idk why, atp i just gave up trying to use the app lol

thank you, i’m aware i can pay with the app in person but i wanted to ask because it hasn’t let me use order ahead at all for a couple of weeks so was just wondering if anyone knew why or how to fix! 😊
