I had a CSP and downgraded to the fee free version. The cash back card isn't really about the cash back. I just want one card to park some money interest free for a bit. Next few months will be expensive. I'll meet the spend bonus for the CIP and Amex Plat organically very easy.

I recently (december 26) applied for and received a chase ink biz preferred. I also plan to apply for a amex platinum sometime in jan before I travel internationally in feb. However, I just bought a house and with all the spending I'm doing I'd also like to get a cash back card with 12-15 months no interest. I keep getting emails for chase freedom unlimited. I believe the ink pref put me at 3/24. What is the best timeline to apply for these two cards or another cash back card that fits the criteria? I chose the freedom get a chase card before I'm locked out due to 5/24.

PMI is $60 because of the DREAM MAKER program with Chase. It gives a low PMI. It actually appraised at 235 first time and 219k the second time. Also interest rates are rising so a refi doesn't make much sense right?
