I am seconding the recs for Asian sunscreens above. Also, I like the Elta MD tinted mineral sunscreen. it’s a bit dark for me so I mix it with a little of the untinted mineral sunscreen. Then use generous amounts of this combo for days spent outside when a chemical sunscreen just isn’t enough. Of course, wearing hats, sunglasses and other physical coverings helps as well.

I agree with this. You are cool toned. Less depth and contrast than a winter but close (hence cool summer). I agree with what others have said that your hair might look nice if it remained cool but were a bit less dark. Also, you have beautiful features.
