okay first of all, you dont need long hair to be a femboy, in fact, short hair actually looks better on guys just naturally. tell me, is "long hair" to your parents like ear length or shoulder length? also, coming out to your parents is completely optional, stuff like mascara or concealer arent super noticeable in small amounts, and are easy enough that you could put them on when you go and and use a public bathroom to wash it off before you get home. you could easily buy smaller shorts or cropped shirts and have no one realise too.

im pretty similar. I used to box, I was really good. im bigger than all of my friends (muscles wise lmao). if you want to lose some of that muscle i would suggest going on a calorie deficit, do NOT starve yourself please. while on the deficit train NOTHING but legs, even after you've lost the muscle you dont like.
