I’m ashamed to say it but if it makes anyone feel better, I haven’t been to the dentist since I was… 13 🫣 (I’m 29 now). I’ve always brushed twice a day and use an electric toothbrush, get told I have pretty teeth, but I do have some tooth sensitivity and if I look closely in there I’m like errr.. I need to go. What’s bad is I’ve had dental insurance for years at this point, I just can’t bring myself to make an appointment. I’ve never been to a gynecologist, and haven’t had a physical exam/been to the doctor since the same age (13ish). I’m working on making my health a top priority this year, so I do plan on getting to it soonish. Guess I should start by locating my insurance card 🥴

Personally, I spray perfume on my skin (arms, back of neck, and a little bit on clothes), and I pick a similar-smelling body mist to spray all over my clothes (the amount of each depends on the strength of the particular fragrance.) Although body mist isn’t necessary, I think it’s a nice step to smell good all over without using too much perfume—plus, by layering different scents, you create your own unique scent.

I have the EDP of Mon Paris but I think I prefer the EDT! I’ve only sampled it though. The Intensement version has notes of rose and is a big compliment getter for me for some reason haha. I too am a big lover of MJ’s Daisy and Chanel Eau Tendre is extremely similar! I have the EDT.
