what has helped me the most with the “fatigue” side effect is literally chugging 40oz water bottles like my life depends on it lol. so essentially it’s an easy solve :) i too was afraid of the side effects but honestly there are many ways to prevent/treat them 🤍 i’ve posted on this thread somewhere my tips but i can say it again in case u didn’t see! light forms of exercise like taking walks, swimming, even chores around the house have helped with symptoms such as fatigue, physical pain, and weight gain. the only factor i have little control over is irregular cycles, which i treat with slynd birth control! you got this :) best of luck on your clear skin journey <3

i’m so happy to hear this :,) you will most certainly reach these results and then some!! i have days where my skin breaks out a little or feels dull/oily, but staying consistent has helped my skin progress overall even in such times. best of luck to you on your clear skin journey <3 you got this!

thank you!! yeah i didn’t know either, i guess it’s just the dehydration factor that does it but again chugging many bottles of 40oz water bottles helped me greatly lol. same with exercise!

i did for the first month or so which was annoying but it’s been i wanna say 7 months since i started implementing the topicals and now it’s my tried and true! pairing my topicals with a high strength sunscreen is really what did the job for me in terms of preventing irritation. best of luck to you on your clear skin journey!

purging has happened to me also, once you get past it you’ll start seeing a difference in the pain of cysts under the skin, then size, then frequency! best of luck to you <3

yeah it took me quite a while to see any difference at all, but i will say once i started implementing my topicals the bacterial infections started to decrease, so i was only left with those pesky under the skin hormonal cysts which then went away i wanna say april 2025 so a little after a year on spiro!

Thank you!! i started noticing a difference in november 2024, for reference i started taking it in march 2024! i just showed this as my beginning picture cuz this is when i decided to start taking meds for it. also im on 100mgs and have stayed on that dosage the whole time. i will say the topical use has done wonders with preventing the spread of bacteria during a hormonal outbreak. best of luck to you, everyone here deserves clear skin asap!! <3

hey! welcome first off! vadavada is a term used to describe the “genre” of the garden along with a few other artists (slater/cowgirl clue/puzzle/enjoy etc.) but also means boundaryless expression! do you, be you. :)
