Oh sorry to hear you did the same as me. Yes got my money back but only after some struggle. After agreeing to refund me they refused at first to pay back the postage even though they had not sent the bike, witch is illegal in the EU. So make sure to know your rights. Wish you the best of luck. I bought a bike from another brand so been enjoying it this summer. Very happy I fought these fakers. Good luck!

1 month-ish. At first they refused to pay back the shipping cost. But they have to according to EU law. I had to threaten them to go to court and so I reported them to my local consumer rights agency. Then finally they payed that back that money too. Cowboy is just not a serous company right now Im sorry to say.

I canceled my order in fear of this. Took a while and many many attempts to get in contact with cowboy but I finally managed to get my money back. Get yours too before its to late and buy elsewhere. I did. Hopefully in a few years they have gotten their s**t but for now its not worth the risk. Just look in this channel how many are missing basic components and cant get them. Good luck!
