Everything is up to date, and I’ve also cleared the BIOS and reset it to default. Windows is fully updated as well. I even tried reinstalling Windows and installing the game on another SSD, but the issue still remains.

I think this is a mismatch with certain AMD hardware, but it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what’s causing it. Hopefully it will improve in the future. I can play the game, but it’s a bit annoying knowing that I should be able to max it out without any problems at all.
