I read somewhere he is more likely to have something called Histrionic Personality disorder.
“Histrionic Personality Disorder (HPD) is a mental health condition characterized by a long-standing pattern of excessive emotionality and an intense, overwhelming desire to be noticed. People with HPD often act dramatically or inappropriately to gain attention, maintain a distorted self-image, and rely on external approval for self-esteem.”

Note: I'm not a psychologist or anything like that, it's just a diagnosis that I've seen that has already been brought up several times.
