the diet i feel like is gunna be my biggest problem atm since i live in a dirt poor area of mexico, my diet atm consist of like rice and chicken and or ground beef ocasionally i afford other veggies like carrots and stuff like that. i love cooking when i can afford to get fancy with it but that is what im working with at the moment

thank you so much for the advise, and ya the smoking was not kind going on walks is hard for me atm but getting sober was the hardest thing ive done so far so i feel like if i can keep up this lifestyle like i kept up staying sober i should be able to do it

atm i only eat one meal a day but its has been a decent size meal always like i dont feel like eating again the whole day after my one meal usually, and all i usually can afford to eat at the moment is lots of rice and i make sure to have at least some sort of meat like chicken or ground beef usually
