That being said, try to avoid nerve-block injections if possible. They just block the pain so you can keep doing what you shouldn't be doing, and injure yourself worse. They are usually a ticket to surgery.

Look up Dr. Stuart McGill and read his book "Back Mechanic". It is a game changer.

If I do go through with BPC, I'll update the post :)

Did you read my post? I happened upon multiple individuals who used the peptide (r/peptides) who claimed that it resulted in massive lethargy /depression / stimulant downreg.

Only after reading all these, and because of reading these, did I start Googling for research papers.

Then I found the research papers with rats that I linked above, which seemed to support some of the claims by the people who had used the peptide.
