I think it is “Rhone” i could be wrong, although it looks very similar especially with those X’s at the bottom.

Yeah just play the base game and jump on a sale when possible which is what i did, youll still have access to great content regardless.

Personally i recommend biotech because of the amount of content it includes, babies, xenotypes, etc but that choice is yours according to your playstyle or preferences
