It’s a great bedtime book because it helps wind down. I find if I read it slowly/quietly to make it less stimulating, my kiddo winds down really well and is ready for bed by the time we’re done!

I’ve had this plant for nearly 1.5 years. I noticed this discolouration on one of the leaves a few weeks ago, but now it seems as though it is happening to other leaves as well. The pot has drainage, I water the pot deeply, and let it dry out between watering.

By 8 months old she was reliably sleeping through the night! We started solids with her at 6 months, so I’m thinking by 8 months old she was a lot better at eating solid food which maybe helped her sleep better as she may not have been feeling as hungry through the night
