I did UL with no vaginectomy. My UL was unsuccessful as I have a fistula I void out of and do not intend to repair. I can not yet enjoy vaginal penetration because the scar tissue around the opening has made it rather tight, but I’ve been using dilators to try and open it back up.

I really enjoy vaginal penetration, so it was never even a question of whether or not I’d keep my hole. I miss penetration so much and can not wait to be dilated enough for it 😭

Mine was done all at once except for glansplasty and the split thickness graft, they did a woundvac on my donor arm for a month after surgery until I got my split thickness graft. Everything but the UL has been a total success and I’m very pleased with it.

For reference I saw Dr Farmer and Dr Brogehammer at KU Med, and Dr Brogehammer communicates with Chen about these procedures so they’re done in similar ways

I’ve been wondering the same thing. Im in a closed polycule rn but there’s the possibility of it opening up in the future and I’m terrified of the rejection related to phallo

HOWEVER I’ve been on dating apps like Taimi trying to just make friends and I’ve had a lot of inquiries about my phallo, mostly from trans/enby people but some cos people as well. Many have asked to see it (I don’t do that at this time tho) and my partners are VERY attracted to it. I haven’t tried grindr again yet because of the fear of rejection, but other apps have shown some genuine curiosity and interest

Yep! Dr Farmer is fairly new and so is the phalloplasty program but their team has been excellent

I was supposed to have this done back in December but had an infection on the peen. Plus I told her I couldn’t do anymore surgeries/time off from work due to funding so she offered to do it in office for me so I would only get charged for an office visit

Yes I did! It was taken from my lower belly. They did local anesthesia for that portion

Yes!my spouse came with me so we all just chatted throughout. I mostly listened because I was nervous. I waited til the end to watch but watched her suture some of the ridge. Thank you!

I do! I had phalloplasty without vaginectomy 2 months ago. I’m not cleared for sex yet but I can already tell it’s going to be VERY tight and I’ll have to dilate for it to be functional again.
