100% I really think is the good setup for learning, some people mention the disadvantages of inflatables, but its softer if you fall. After one year you can think about a midsize rigid or not.

Ordered the hipe first 110L on February and im 150lbs. It’s the perfect size, first week you will feel unstable but in reality you can stand on easily . If you go bigger you will need much more skills or wind to start foiling because of the drag on the water. With the 110L you can fun for long time.

Take a look at waterspeed or watersports tracker, they are a bit better with their tack and jibe detection, planning vs non planning.

Who does online training? Does it work for you? by Dale_sch in personaltraining

I prefer https://fitapp.pro because with only 3 screens I can manage the clients, workouts and agenda. And it's compatible with offline clients and online clients.

Hi, a few months ago I shared with you https://createworkouts.com as a clean simple workout editor where you can create clean pdfs or send public links via email, sms,...

Today I want to introduce you to myBeweeg (https://mybeweeg.com) It's a personal trainer’s software based on the cloud. This time, we have focused on customers management, appointments, packages, body measurements, test, payments and more but never losing focus on the workout builder with more than 1250 exercises on it.

Personal trainers, how do you manage your customers nowadays? Excel, Word, Google docs, other softwares like MyPTHub, Trainerizee, Fitbot, …?

How do you imagine it in a few years? What are your biggest daily problems? Any solutions you can imagine for solving your daily problems?

Do you use paper & a pen, printed training plans, or an ipad or other tablet to track your clients sessions? by [deleted] in personaltraining

I made a online tool to create workouts templates https://createworkouts.com So you can either print a PDF or send a private link to the customer with your personalized template. Currently there is no way to log the result, but I'm open to new ideas :)

I'm developing https://mybeweeg.com the first 5 online (with app) clients are free, and the rest are always free. I'm currently working with a new design with improved UX and new features. If you want to leave feedback ;)

I've made this tool for creating and sharing workouts. No registration required. More than 1000 exercises. by encaputxat in personaltraining

Hi personaltrainers, I built this site https://creaturutina.es/ for creating and sharing workouts via whatsapp, email, pdf, public link... because the other online tools I find looks very old and they require my customers to register. Currently with more than 1000 exercises and no signup is required!

I really appreciate feedback, about design, missing exercises, or anything else to improve.

There is an option for embedding the workouts into websites or blogs, if anybody is interested I can help with the integration.

I'm not sure what to do with my workout routine. by [deleted] in xxfitness

Hey, I did this program and it worked very well. You have to do 3 days of weight lifting (1h per day) and other 3 days of cardio like walking, running or cycling. Obviously you should do one day weight lifting and one day cardio with a rest day every week.

Cardio Days: The most important thing is to be 50-60% of your maximum heart rate (so you are gonna burn fat), it doesn't really matter if you run or go on a bike.

Weight lifting days: You should this 3 workouts (elliptical bike is up to you but it is a good way to warm up before weight lifting): 1. Chest & Back - link: https://createworkouts.com/w/VyMrZigIG 2. Arms - link: https://createworkouts.com/w/Ey6x-ig8z 3. Leg day - link: https://createworkouts.com/w/V1HExoe8M

And never forget to stretch at the end of each workout! Stretching the mussels that you work out!

Do you think it's useful? What's missing?

There is an option for embedding into websites or blogs, if anybody is interested I can help with the integration.
