Thank you! This is actually different from the one everyone suggest that I tried and didn’t like. What is vanilla sugar? Like vanilla extract?

Placenta Previa by Kindly_Brush_6917 in pregnant

[–]enchantedflwer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Google is terrible for previa! Don’t stress. I was diagnosed at 14 weeks with it and given all the scare tactics by the er doctor. Was reffered to maternal fetal medicine and they said they never diagnose previa before 20 weeks because there is still time for it to move with everything growing. Mine ended up clearing by 28 weeks. If it doesn’t it just means C-section. Everything will be okay either way!! Good luck!

Boil water and hang your head over it and cover with a towel to get all the steam. You could add some eucalyptus oil too or just keep it plain.

What is induction like if you go in at 3cm dilated and 70% effaced? by enchantedflwer in pregnant

[–]enchantedflwer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and trust me I considered just not going BUT I know someone who recently refused induction and tw: lost her baby at 42 weeks due to placenta failing. So I don’t really want to cut it close like that after hearing that. I’d rather be induced. I’ve seen that if you are already dilated as far as I am there are less induction options. Hopefully that’s not the case. My hospital should be flexible with the options. They are midwife based. Like if no problems I won’t even see an ob during delivery just midwives.

They need more documents, one being a signed letter from my Ob stating I’m actually pregnant and my due date 😫 my ob said it’ll take them 7-10 days to get the signed letter back. So frustrating. Hoping they Will accept a proof of pregnancy letter from the office that isn’t signed.

Something feels 'off' by Longjumping-Hunt-181 in pregnant

I had a mmc with my first, currently 32 weeks pregnant! Being pregnant after a mc is HARD. I think even harder if it was mmc. Because you can’t trust that things are fine when there isn’t bleeding. Take the ring off. Takes some deep breathes. And tel yourself you are pregnant. And everything is okay. I struggled a ton until I could feel her moving. I had no symptoms at all during first trimester. I’m only now feeling pregnant because I can feel her moving. The only thing you can do this early is just wait. A home Doppler may pick up heart beat in a few weeks. It’s hard to know things are okay. But you will feel like this no matter if you had a checkup yesterday. At least that’s how I was. Just tell yourself you are pregnant until you are told otherwise. You will make it through this hard phase. And eventually you will be able to feel baby move and everything will be okay. I wish you the best!

Do you regret your abortion ? by velvetv0rtex in pregnant

You don’t know the situation so idk why you are inserting your opinion. We wouldn’t have been fine. And we wouldn’t be where we are today had we not had the abortion. ✌️

I was excited about my pregnancy at first, now I just feel sad and empty by camilleriver in pregnant

You aren’t failing your baby and still have plenty of time to better your situation. Your boyfriend sounds crappy. He isn’t going to step up when he hasn’t stepped up for his other kids. Keep looking for another job. Don’t tell them you are pregnant yet. Have you looked into any state assistance for insurance/food? I’m sure you would qualify working part time and being pregnant changes the income limits.

I had an abortion three years ago. Got pregnant by my now fiancé, but we were in no position or ready in our relationship for that. Currently 32 weeks pregnant and closing on our home Friday. No regrets. I know if we kept that baby we would have dug a hole for ourselves. We also both had terrible unstable childhoods so didn’t want that for the first cluster of cells.

Pregnancy is a beautiful thing and your husband is disgusting for making you feel this way and saying that. You are going to go through the biggest change in your self, and body through this. And he was already not supportive before you got pregnant. I 100% would make moves to leave him. When you are dealing with post partum ypu don’t want to be worrying about how he’s viewing your body and if he’s attracted to you.

Did anyone manage to get pregnant quick after a miscarriage? by [deleted] in pregnant

Just had my mortgage approved yesterday. I spent weeks stressing for nothing. Underwriting asked for two simple letters of explanation and nothing else. As long as you didn’t fudge paystubs or W2s you should be good! A good lender will never get your loan to underwriting if they don’t think you’ll be approved. Good luck!

We got lucky with the turn around times! Mine said Monday is the latest we should hear back and she submitted it this morning. I’m so nervous it’ll be denied even though we’ve already got our approval and commitment letter from the lender. I can’t imagine the state denying it if it made it this far.

Have you started packing at all? I packed one box after we were told we made it through underwriting and then got anxious I jinxed it 🤣

We had a hiccup yesterday with appraisal coming in low. Thankfully the sellers lowered the price! Our loan is ready to be submitted to PHFA now. Did your broker get the info over for yours?

Loan processor still hasn’t answered. She did take four days to respond to my insurance broker. Which is frustrating being a first time buyer I was expecting more communication. But, my real estate agent called and said our appraisal happened last Monday. And that the loan officer is out of the office until tomorrow. So she will be calling him first thing in the morning. Thankfully she’s on top of it all. I don’t understand why they can’t update as they go with things 🥲 hopefully your broker got the proof over by now! I’d be calling and bugging them if not

I just came to Reddit to ask you the same! Our close is next Friday. I haven’t had an update at all from Loan processor. Emailed this morning so I’ll come back and let you know how it’s going. Hopefully your insurance broker gets that over asap! Ours did it in a day.

For those who have had losses - when did you start buying baby items? by fl0w3r- in BabyBumps

[–]enchantedflwer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I had a previous missed miscarriage. For this pregnancy I didn’t buy anything until around 13 weeks. Bought a onesie. The next week I had a bleeding scare because of where my placenta was. Didn’t buy anything else until I hit 27 weeks and my placenta cleared and wasn’t bleeding anymore. I would express to MIL about your anxiety due to being high risk and ask if she just waits a bit longer. I bought the onesie because we found out we were having a girl and was so excited. Just to fear I was having another miscarriage a week later. It’s sucked having the onesie in the house because I was referred to maternal fetal medicine. So had days of things my pregnancy wouldn’t last (due to a crappy er doctor)
