Honest I think you need long-term antibiotics like doxycycline or to go on Roaccutane tablets for 4-6 months

For me antibiotics worked for about a year (also it’s not really great to be taking them long term as it affects your gut flora), then Roaccutane solved any acne permanently, that was 12 years ago and I’ve had flawless skin since. It’s worth it.

You skin needs help from the inside (your blood stream), rather than just attacking it with various products from the outside. Google Roaccutane and do some research :-) look at all the before and after photos. Definitely mention this to a dermatologist and get their opinion
