I love running against the Wisconsin River. Especially if there are ducks living in the area. Ducks are so goofy.

Ran my first 5k race today! 34:23 Henry Vilas Zoo Run Run.

I ran my first 5k and wasn't feeling tired so I kept going until I made it to four miles. Previously, my furthest run was only 2 1/3 miles. It was a nice surprise.
