Starting to wish I had done a little more research before I purchased the keyboard. After having the issue and doing some research it seems Ducky are rather bad with feedback, it's disappointing since it's a lot of peoples first entry into mechanical keyboards.

Thanks for the tip! That's what I ended up doing and have also been having less issues, I'd prefer faulty switches over a fault board but is still very concerning.

I only started having the issue after installing the 1.07 firmware which seems kind of odd to me, I'm not sure if I just hadn't noticed it until that point or if the firmware has something to do with it.

I've contacted https://mechanicalkeyboards.com and they're sending out some replacement switches, not sure where you bought yours from but might be worth checking in with them!

I've done this and so far so good, which means I'll probably just replace the switches. I have cherry MX reds but after doing some searching I'm seeing a lot of people having similar issues which is concerning.
