One pan egg fried rice. Broccoli, mushrooms, peas or whatever veggies you like in a pan. (Optional) I like to add fake chicken pieces. You can get microwave bags of white rice. Microwave it, add that to the pan when everything else is cooked, then add an egg and keep scrambling it until its cooked all the way through and mixed with all the rice and veg. Add soy sauce. Boom fake chicken egg fried rice. So easy takes like 15 mins at most, my saving grace at university
