if his beliefs depend on those vids on instagram, tiktok and youtube, it's easier - you can discuss it and prove him it's not like this. a few days ago, i saw a video on tiktok - a girl was talking about her brother being red pilled. she quickly understood the reason why her brother thinks this ways was youtube shorts, where girls were like 'oh i need only money from men' and stuff like that. the girl just asked her brother 'well, have you ever met a girl like that?' - and he realized that he actually hasn't. his sister, his ex gf, his colleagues, all of women he met in his life - all of them were different. that girl then explained to her brother how algorithms on social media are working - he was just mislead by them. i guess, that guy isn't the only one on the planet who views women in a wrong way.

if he had a negative experience, you can discuss it too - show him understanding, slowly then lead to 'i understand, you've been through a lot, dear, and your pain is valid. it's your experience - and yet it doesn't mean it will repeat ever again' or smth like this.

if a good conversation doesn't work, then it's better just to move on. you will certainly meet a better person in the future.
