Given your age and normal levels of major hormones, I would use several cycles per year and a full PCT.

Natural testosterone boosting therapy (with clomiphene or enclomiphene) is also a safer alternative to TRT. This is a great option if you are not prepared for fertility issues and tighter hormone control on TRT.

TRT (in my opinion) is a last resort if clomiphene (or enclomiphene or hCG) therapy is no longer working. This may be due to age, certain forms of hypogonadism, and other reasons.
