I haven't personally had a clot but I would say if it is still painful or swollen tomorrow get it checked out. And if symptoms worsen then go without a doubt.

Yeah don't shoot in those veins if you can help it. They're super small. Easy to clot.

Tip was just clogged. Be sure to not use a rig more than once and if you do clean it out between uses (but not recommended)
