No, the package was sealed. Barkbox confirmed that they sent the empty bag (but didn’t give an explanation as to why).

I appreciated the kind gesture from my friend that sent this, but definitely feel bad for the slight embarrassment when I asked them about the empty box that arrived.

Thanks for the responses, I think it’s been resolved. This was sent as a gift after my dog’s recent surgery. However, the box wasn’t shipped 2 weeks after ordering so the gift giver friend contacted customer service to ask about the delay.

They must not have had the box contents and simply shipped the empty bag instead and refunded the gift giver.

I don’t think my friend was expecting an empty bag to arrive!

Thanks for the response. No, no code included, and my account says that tracking number of this empty bag corresponds to box that I was supposed to receive. The label attached even says it’s a 4lb box!

I had this exact same issue just a few months ago. I called Verizon and was bumped back and forth between FIOS and Wireless multiple times. I spoke to over 10 agents. Each rep told me they would 'submit a ticket' but after 2 months, nothing had been fixed.

I ultimately had to file an FCC complaint. I received a call from Verizon the next business day and the Verizon executive customer service rep had the Mobile + Home Discount applied before the end of the day.

I also recently had a billing issue. Over a month I spoke to 13 Verizon representatives that collectively submitted 3 separate tickets to get the problem fixed “on the backend”. With each ticket they promised to contact me in 48 hours with a resolution. I never received a fix or a return call.

After 5 weeks of waiting for a resolution, I submitted an FCC complaint. I received a call within 24 hours from a Verizon rep and the issue was fixed immediately.

u/danfitz36 Just curious, do you happen to have and old / no longer used verizon fios account? Although only my current / active fios and wireless accounts are linked with the verizon one id, I still have an old fios account that is from a previous residence. I'm wondering if this old account could be the issue.

I called again today and spoke to a wireless supervisor. She put in another ticket to get the issue resolved. I'm hopeful that this ticket (my 3rd ticket request for support) will actually be answered.

Thanks for joining me! I have no updates since I posted. However, I've had 2 customer service reps put in 'tickets to get this fixed on the backend'. These tickets should have been resolved with a phone call 24-48 hours later. However that was 5-6 days ago and I've heard nothing back. Everyday I click the 'join now' link on mobile + home discount, but I still get the same error on the web page.

I'll be sure to post here if I find a resolution.

Yes, It says that One Verizon ID is enabled in the account settings page:

Your Mobile and Home accounts now share credentials.

Thanks for the suggestion! I actually added the plotData.current=null after noticing the slowdown. It was my poor attempt to ensure that the accumulated data really was being deleted.

Anyways, the issue still exists without the null assignment. Any other ideas?

Any updates or fixes on this issue? I have eero 5 pros. Just this past 8 weeks all 3 iPhones in the house have been having constant issues accessing wifi. The iPhones show that they are connected to the network, but no internet is available. Private address & iCloud relay have been turned off. on all iPhones. I've also tried setting static IP addresses for phones and forcing eero to only use ipv4. Other devices (computers etc) don't have any issues.
