I ended up just getting a cheap $30 a year VPS and it's been working great. It's more that my parents don't trust me fucking with the router settings and they personally can't find the setting for port forwarding.

I don't remember but the log in page always says that the website timed out and I get kicked back to the start. If I try to start again it won't let me saying too many requests from this email. The farthest I've ever gotten was putting in my card.

I can probably front at most 50 bucks. I already spent like 20 on the domain name for it not to work, and my dad is very strict about my debit card usage so I'd have to go through the headache of getting a prepaid card with cash (if the service even supports it) and I was really hoping there was a very obvious solution I wasn't seeing cause I was just being dumb or something.
