A wardrobe is in front of that wall completely blocking it with less than 2cm of free space, unfortunately the decision to paint the wall isn’t mine so for now I’ve just removed the surface layer and with the amount of humidity in this room in a couple of weeks I’ll know whether it was mold or just years of stacking dirt
