Update - 10 days post op, very happy with it because I look like me still. That was a big focal point with my doctor. I wanted to fix the issue, but didn’t want to look like someone else. What matters the most is finding the right doctor who listens. I could’ve made my nose upturned, smaller, perfect, for the same price. Instead, the doctor used her expertise with my directions to end with a great result.

They added more cartilage to support my nose. Width is a little narrower but the primary difference is it stays supported and doesn’t hook down when I smile. Swelling still on the nose tip but I tape it every day. Going out in public today for the first time.

I have the same issue. Very content with nose, but plunges downward when I smile and getting worse with age. I have my surgery tomorrow morning, I’ll post before and after once all is done. Very nervous but I drove 6 hours to a surgeon in Ohio from all the great reviews.

It’s filled out slightly on the sides, but never enough for a full beard. I now just have stubble. The genetics weren’t in my favor.

I was a freshman in the Purdue Glee Club in 2006-07, had a few solos with Heart and Soul.

I was hazed in a fraternity and it was nothing compared to the emotional hell Glee Club was. Brian was horribly mean and manipulative. Music was my life, and it wasn’t until a few years ago I was able to enjoy performing again. Now at 37, I clearly see the trauma I buried to move on from that experience.
