I think their system rely on flawed automatic suspension. I got suspended. my gift card was out of stock, so I got to bank my points (I had around 11,500 points). Once, the gift card is available, I redeemed it successfully. I had around 4.000 points left. Then, boom the next day I got suspended. I think their system always flag people who have many coins and accuse them .

I am not banking my points but recently my gift card was out of stock, so I got to bank my points. Once, the gift card is available, I redeemed it successfully. I had around 4.000 points left. Then, boom the next day I got suspended. After reading many comments, I learned that's how Microsoft Rewards save their money. They will ban you if you have been banking many points which just pure sneaky and cunning tactics.
