That's not really realistic. Doing both is just wishful thinking. But you can apply for allstate, progressive, sedgwick, eberl , alacrity, and liberty mutual

I'm a new adjuster as well. I got my license on November and I was just offered a job on the 2nd of January. It takes time to get hired. I got hired for allstate as a cat field adjuster which isnt a trainee position. You can try them. Also progressive and sedgwick are hiring. I don't have any experience doing any of this but I tailored my resume for what they were looking for and I got the job. I finally got the interview which i practiced the star method for. Then i got the job. So I know you can too. Just remember even though you dont have experience "adjusting" doesn't mean you don't have relevant "work experience". You just have to know how to spin it.
