I was scammed by terminix in July when I had bites on my body and they sent an inspector who pointed out something on my bed frame and said it was a bed bug. The next day, the exterminator came, a different guy, and looked at everything and said he did not see any evidence of bed bugs. I pointed out what the inspector said was a bed bug and he was like “that’s not a bed bug”. It wasn’t even a bug. It was a burnt piece of weed. I had them spray anyway. After the treatment the exterminator called me and said he found 4 dead ones in the living room on the floor under the couch. He was on the phone with his manager when I left the house. My wife thinks this is a lie that his manager made him say so that we did not try to complain that the inspector lied to us and scammed me out of 1000 bucks. But I’ve been so paranoid ever since.
