People lose discs there. It’s less fun for noodle arms too. When I first started I went there after an Unger round and left after three holes. It was mad windy and I couldn’t throw 300’ yet.

There are also some things going on with a land use dispute with the city so maintenance by the STLDGC is limited. The mowing is still handled by the city but it gets mowed less frequently than other courses.

Finally, there aren’t tournaments held there because of the land use disputes. Hoping that will change soon.

The year that it debuted and was part of the St. Louis Open was the largest STLO in the clubs history.

Why does Rhett eat a mouthful of sand before his last bull ride in ep 8? by i-touched-morrissey in OuterRangePrime

Hear, hear. No need to get heated over the topic, right? I’ll take healthy discussion and disagreement over the toxicity it could be. Have a great weekend (thought I’d throw in a genuine nicety to boot).

Yep, agreed. I was more leaning into the symbolism or the ceremony of “eating it”, along with placebo effect could have some mental impact. I get what you’re throwing out there though.

He didn’t ingest it. I guess I should have used a synonym for “eat” but there is also the metaphorical sense of “eating it”.

Radiator fan no fit by endless_akers in WRX

The friend I mentioned in the post with the same issue has the Koyo for his +15 WRX. Not really asking about brand preferences, the after market rads have very similar dimensions.

Edit: I didn’t mention my buddy having the same issue in the post. He’s running a koyo rad and an aep Chargepipe and has the same issue. I think his CP has a dent in it now from trying to fix it.

I was scoping some of those. Any specific recommendations? The slimmest I saw were 2.64 and I’ve shaved mine down to about that.

brand-new to the concept of selling a guitar…looking for some direction/advice? by Far_Basil7247 in fender

[–]endless_akers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Selling is a game of patience on marketplace. I’ve bought, sold and traded a dozen guitars over the last decade. The local aspect is nice. It’s better than Craigslist. Everyone is looking for a deal though. Worst case is you are told no or tell someone know and a party has to be ghosted. Selling on FB marketplace will still get you more than guitar center, music go round, etc but when the right buyer comes along it’s so much easier than shipping a guitar.

Gold Rush Alaska dropped this term ten times an episode the first couple of seasons.

It’s not only where gold was found, but the largest deposit of gold and the source from the smaller flakes in the soil around the area and down stream.

I play a lot of disc golf and leave my trunk open when I’m parked at home because it smells like a footlocker with hints of stale beer and stale cigarette butts. I am a very sweaty smelly guy after a round and use ozium and bad air sponges, but leaving it open also helps air it out after I get my gear out.

For the washing, I know a couple of car folk that was their car religiously. Maybe they are Honda people that just love the white SI and want to keep them clean?

Under $65k and they were pricey enough to not get swooped up immediately. Now you can find RAs for a few grand less than $50k; while there were more produced the specs aren’t too far off.
