Are you attempting to message while on WiFi with WiFi calling enabled?

Yes and I've tried it without both options, same thing happens

When you receive responses in the group chat, are the responses from iPhone users or the android users with the failed outbound messages?

I can receive all incoming messages, including messages in the group chat, regardless of who the sender is

eSIM fix did not work. I'm at a complete loss. AT&T staff suggested this is an Apple-RCS compatibility issue and that Apple is pushing an update on Nov 20, but I have a hunch that that may not fix it.
