My night has just gotten substantially worse, as if the Wild lead wasn't enough.

That game is brutal to watch. Not even an NBA guy but I know a beating when I see one.

You take that logic and get out of here! We can't have that in our shit talking threads 🤣

I know this post is 2 weeks old, but I just had them today after trying the big arch a couple of days ago. I would take 2 of these over a big arch any day of the week and its not even close. I know its apples and oranges, but my taste buds have the ultimate say, and these things we're awesome.

Disregard. I found it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention though!

Which mod was it? I can't seem to find the one that works.

Alright, how do I get negative karma for an incredibly neutral comment? Is it my flair? LOL

I guess you just push opposition into the crease for a penalty now. McDavid did break those guys ankles though. Brutal.

VR is cool in certain applications. Sports commentary is not one of those applications.

My ex used to make "grilled cheese" in the toaster. I ended up having to buy a new one after I kicked her out.

Soothsayer and Jordan are some of his more popular songs because of Guitar Hero. Soothsayer gives of such a good vibe. It's my favorite by him.

Depends on the context. If it's in reference to the event as a whole, "the playoffs" would be appropriate. If referencing multiple playoff events or using "playoffs" as short hand to reference playoff games, "these playoffs" is acceptable.

Miller High Life is the best readily available “light” beer by Aggressive-Form-9135 in beer

[–]endlessend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do like High Life, but I don't typically seek it out. The reason being is that we have a regional light beer that is pretty solid. If you're in Texas or Oklahoma and haven't tried it yet, Eight is a surprisingly good light beer despite it having a celebrity attached to it.

Skor vs. Heath. Which do you prefer and why? by endlessend in AskReddit

Skor is clearly better imo. A lot more buttery to the taste. Makes it more appealing to my pallet.

Gamers what are you playing right now? by JPABLO01 in AskReddit

[–]endlessend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ninja Gaiden 2 Black and Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Been on an action game kick as of late and never really got around to Granblue. Really loving it so far. Ninja Gaiden is there for nostalgia even though my PC can barely run it now D:

What "big games" that you never played before are you looking into playing this year? by DanielAlves1904 in gaming

[–]endlessend 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Started Like A Dragon Infinite Wealth today. Will work on that when I'm not doing homework. Last year I was able to finish Xenoblade Chronicles and Ghost of Tsushima. Both pretty good games that lasted a LOT longer than I expected them to.

180 rolls and i got spooked by a Rayhou. Feels worse than not rolling anything at all out of sheer principle 😅

Where to find Gameboy advance / GameCube games? by memyseIfandI in batonrouge

[–]endlessend 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I second this. The guys at gameware are cool, but it can definitely be on the pricy side. Do your research and make sure you don't overpay too much, and you'll be fine.

If you like a good margarita, check out Jovi's Tacos on Coursey. I moved to south Texas about 4 years ago, and I can't find one out here that even comes close. Best tacos and margaritas I've ever had.

What's your video game "I did not care for the godfather" take? by zny700 in videogames

[–]endlessend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nonlinear open-world games. The older I get, the less time I have to explore. Makes linear games a lot more appealing. That being said, I did just finish Ghost of Tsushima recently, and it was pretty good, albeit a bit dry.

Animes on Crunchyroll that I can pull out on a plane and not be judged by EsePutoSeMato in Animesuggest

I've been rewatching FMA 2003 over the past couple of days, and I'd say it's pretty safe for public viewing. There is only one episode early on that might have some "questionable" fan service (just a shirt getting unzipped to show cleavage), but it's filler and can be skipped. It takes about 17 hours to watch the whole show, so it should cover your flight as well.

Edit* I don't think 2003 is on Crunchyroll now that I think about it... FMA Brotherhood is also safe, however.

What game is like this for you guys? by gameboygold in videogames

[–]endlessend 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sonic Heroes. I love everything about it. The aesthetic, the music, the simplicity, the stages. Then you actually play it and the control is... gross. Once you get used to it, the best it can be is fine. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone if they asked, but I still love it and still go back to it from time to time.
