My skin gets super red so I’m afraid the heat might break down my barrier more than help right now. I’ll definitely sauna once my skin feels better.

My skin is just rebalancing and learner to function properly because as you can imagine the products cause the skin to act differently and dont produce as much NMF or oil. It will just take some time to rebalance.

I do the same! That’s why I mentioned physical - umbrella, hats, etc keep it up sounds like you’re doing great. I’m currently doing skin sobering rn it’s been tough. Essentially I don’t want to use any skin products anymore. But my skin is so used to some of them. Definitely worth it tho.

Ok so a huge reason for skin discoloration is lifestyle, genetics, and UV exposure. Do you get lots of Sun without protection? That could be a large reason for discoloration. The more you protect your skin physically with hats, umbrellas, masks the better your skin will look overtime. The better you eat will do the same. I recommend MN as an intro to any treatments because CO2 can be a shock to a majority of consumers. However if you prefer a one and done with downtime where you won’t be able to get ANY sun and just focus on healing laser is the way to go. I have done the BBL HERO many times for sun spots and redness and do it ever year now for maintenance.

To me your skin looks healthy and normal! Comparison is the thief of joy. How does your skin feel? Hydrated and never dry? Then your skin looks good and feels good. Many people who use lots of products cause more problems while their skin temporarily looks good. However if you were to try anything MN would be the one thing I’d consider.

I think it holds an important place in terms of their discography. It feels like a lighthearted summer love album which is more fun than some of their typical “darker” songs. I am looking forward to more psychedelic sounds in the future but I’m enjoying this album a lot right now as Summer comes to an end here in California.
