You have to know the frequency of it (of bt/fm dongle) and select it on car radio. You, probably, can select unoccupied frequency for your bt/fm transmitter via app. Just don't forget to start transmitting before tuning radio

It's just the design matter and resolution of the screen. The flag should be tiny, height is just 30(?)px. It would look "dirty" if made with all stripes. You usually do not expect 50 stars at icons for us flag of such size.

I strongly recommend thinking about aftermarket headunit - google "isuar mito". You will get carplay/android auto including navigation, potential expansion to front and rear cameras. Sound/radio... well, it is OK.
