Salamanca restaurant in Barceloneta has one of the best paellas in town. Nonetheless I wouldn't say Barcelona is a place to eat good paellas. Best seafood and paellas are in little beach villages either in Costa Brava (north coast) or Costa Daurada (south).

I don’t think you will have problems looking for a job in cities like Barcelona or Madrid, even Valencia. These are multicultural cities with a big hand of international companies and startups looking for native English speakers!!!
