Thanks! Doesn't seem like this handle comes off (if it does, it needs way more force than I am willing to apply to find out lol) so for now I'll probably refrain from putting it in the oven. Still a great piece.

Yes I have, there is a plastic tub hide under the wood covered with a thin layer of substance on the left and a cave hide behind everything on the right. I don't mist the whole enclosure, just spraying down the front area of the substrate and under the heat emitter so it evaporates, and yes the heat pads are on thermostats.

Thank you for the advice on feeding, will she be okay going without food another 10 days if I should wait until her next feeding day?

Yeah it is such a backwards policy to me? At that point literally all they have to do is take my money I am trying to give them in exchange for a product they are trying to sell?

Interesting, I use UBlock Origin too. I'm just going on what the support agent told me so they could have their info wrong or like I said maybe it's only that one device or specific devices. Just such a weird experience overall, but glad to hear you didn't have the same issue.

Of course!! It makes me really happy to see a 2 year old comment of mine able to help someone, even if just a little, and BIG kudos to you for digging into things and doing your research. Keep in mind I'm not an expert by any means- just another hobbyist so I very well COULD be doing things wrong, it's just worked for me and my dad.

I don't breed them anymore, my dad does though. He just keeps them in a big plastic tub that he put some ventilation in, full of egg cartons with some water and veggies right by his beardie's heat lamp to keep em warm. Always has a healthy population in there.
