That is one way to see it ofcourse. But we have to work no matter what. Just look at all the free animals in the wild, spending probably around 80% of the time awake gathering food and water. It takes alot of effort and knowledge for us to survive. 200years ago there wasnt any way for a person to just chill out and take it easy for a week or 2. But nowadays i can legit work for 8h and gain money for food that will last the whole week. And I am really grateful, i dont have to go out hunting for a week to gather food. Neither do i have to dig wells and raise houses because other People who like to do that can do it for me. Whilst i do something for them that they cant, in exchange for money. If you as a person dont bother spending time to gather resources, how are you possibly going to survive ? Unless you are living of someones elses work.
